I have noticed on many blogs that they hold contests from time to time in the spirit of joy and fun. Because I like giving, and I don't know of anyone who doesn't like receiving, I am offering a giveaway!

I believe in people feeling better. I really do. There is too much stress, illness, worry, and sadness in the world. BUT, there is also abundant peace, health, joy and happiness as well. I have learned techniques that can facilitate these things, and I believe in them and want to share and spread the word, that there is help and there is hope and you can change the way you feel!
